Kidsplanner

Launched in 2015, Kidsplanner.fr is a website for booking birthday parties and holiday courses dedicated to children (0 to 15 years old).

Kidsplanner was born with the ambition to simplify the life of parents and grandparents by offering them to find and book original activities throughout France in less than 5 minutes.

A word
from the founder

Kidsplanner’s ambition is to become the leading website in France and then in Europe for booking leisure activities (birthdays and holiday courses) for children.

The incubator helped us for a year to launch our website, test our market and make a pivot to focus on the children’s birthday market. The coaching, mentors, workshops and sharing between startups is a real added value when you are starting out. The contribution of students from Dauphine students who come to do internships in the incubator’s startups is also a real advantage.

A little bit
of history

Kidsplanner.fr: two big kids at the origin of the project.

François-Olivier Blay is now the father of two little boys. Within a small business of 15 people, François-Olivier has held several positions which have led him to the position of Deputy Managing Director for the last two years.

Kevin Rainfray is François-Olivier’s best friend and godfather to his first son. For nearly 10 years, he has worked in business development, customer consulting and digital communication.

Long-time friends, they have always wanted to create a project together. What could be better than being confronted with the difficulty of organising an outing for one’s child to realise the relevance of such a project? That’s when they decided to create together, in 2015, the answer to this need commonly shared by anyone in charge of a child: Kidsplanner.fr.

Today, 2 out of 3 families use the internet to plan their children’s leisure activities. Even if the number of activities offered on the web is constantly growing, there was a lack of a tool that could centralize all these offers and specially to book 24 hours a day and pay online.

Convinced ?

Don’t hesitate to try out the activities and talk about them within your company so that your colleagues can benefit from them!
