Our ambition is to connect people together in a company. In order to so, we put people at the centre, because we believe that when two people meet in a company, many problems can be solved, and many opportunities can be created.

A little bit
of history
The idea for Random Coffee came from an initiative we had set up in the company where we met: Work4.
We realised that, despite the relatively small size of the company (about 50 people), we didn’t know each other that well, and even less between different jobs or offices. As a result, this could lead to tension and inefficiency, and we thought that was a shame.
We developed and implemented our tool to test it in the company; this first test was very well received by our colleagues, and it was by talking to friends who were interested in the initiative in their company that we decided to launch it!
The adventure is beginning, and we already have many clients interested in the tool, with whom we are building and improving the product to best fit the reality of the relationships and issues in the company.
